Presented, not Represented Government...
Sparked by a comment in this LA Times editorial, I was driven to attempt to coalesce, and place into a single statement, my fundamental frustration with what has become of our once great nation--here it is...
“It was intended, by the founding
fathers, that Senators and Congressmen should represent the
people of their districts in Washington...
What has evolved is that they now present Washington to the people of their districts.”
